Gary William Myatt (1963-2026) is a London-based artist whose work spans a wide range of disciplines, including drawing, painting, sculpture, collage-painting and mural painting. Gary has always maintained his studio practice, although he is primarily known for his mural work. In his latest commission, for the Bacchanalia Restaurant (Berkely Square, Mayfair, London), his large wall and ceiling murals are displayed alongside four Damien Hirst sculptures.
In his studio practice, Gary is known for producing small sculptural pieces that he then incorporates into his collage-paintings and large painted canvases. Gary studied Fine Art at postgraduate level at Byam Shaw School of Art, Wimbledon School of Art and St. Martin Central's School of Art and Design in London. His works and murals are spread across several collections in several countries, mainly in the United Kingdom, USA, Australia and India
