Founded in November 2013, Espaço Exibicionista is an art gallery in Lisbon dedicated to artists with a distinctive voice and works that invite more than a passing glance.
Our programme brings together Portuguese and international artists, with a particular focus on contemporary figurative art and the many ways of exploring the body, identity and the human condition.
We value technical skill, but also what artists choose to do with it. Beauty, but also what unsettles it.
We seek out works that spark curiosity, raise questions and stay with us long after we leave the gallery. Our name is an invitation: step inside, take a closer look and discover what we have to show.
