Room with a View, by Sonia Aniceto, presents a new series of works where drawing, painting and free stitching merge on drop paper — a fibrous support that absorbs the tension of the thread and transforms, layer after layer, into an organic, flexible and three-dimensional material. Sonia Aniceto é licenciada em Pintura pela Faculdade de Belas Artes de Lisboa, Entre o ano 2000 e 2006 trabalhou nos ateliers de cenografia da Ópera Real La Monnaie onde contatou com grandes nomes da cenografia internacional. Recebe, em 2007 a nomeação para os Prémios Talento na categoria das Artes Visuais (Prémio atribuído pelo Ministério de Negócios Estrangeiros de Portugal). Desenvolve a sua carreira na Bélgica, França, Alemanha, Portugal e EUA, onde o seu trabalho é repre
