O ponto de partida desta exposição encontra-se na ‘’ A Desconexão de Marat’’, foi esta a obra que marcou o inicio do que viria a ser um ano e meio de produção em torno desta ideia de apropriações e reinterpretações. Os assuntos refletidos nas obras foram-me surgindo naturalmente, alguns partiram das minhas ânsias outros inspirados por notícias, fotografias ou ações quotidianas. O processo de produção foi bastante trabalhoso, entre encenações, montagens de cenários, modelos, fotografias, cortes e colagens a exposição foi ganhando corpo e identidade.
The starting point of this exhibition is found in ‘’ The Disconnection of Marat ’’, this was the work that marked the beginning of what would become a year and a half of production around this idea of appropriations and reinterpretations. The subjects reflected in the artworks came to me naturally, some started from my anxieties, others inspired by news, photographs or daily actions. The production process was quite laborious, between staging, setting of scenarios, models, photographs, cuts and collages, the exhibition gained body and identity.

Como artista utilizo a arte como ferramenta de comunicação, por isso tento sempre criar uma mensagem muito direta através da minha linguagem. Todo o meu trabalho é um reflexo crítico do nosso tempo, maioritariamente um reflexo do lado negro e absurdo do mundo em que vivemos. Cada obra coloca-nos frente a frente com as falhas, os fracassos, o peso das nossas escolhas, dos nossos erros. Toda a exposição é um alerta, é um convite para uma reflexão individual de problemas comuns e globais.
As an artist I use art as a communication tool, so I always try to create a very direct message through my language. All of my work is a critical reflection of our time, mostly a reflection of the dark and absurd side of the world in which we live. Each artwork brings us face to face with failures, failures, the weight of our choices, of our mistakes. The entire exhibition is an alert, an invitation to an individual reflection on common and global problems.
